Poll Results on Self-efficacy

Check out our self-efficacy poster created by Liwei Wei. This poster reminds us of the teachings from Albert Bandura who said “Beliefs in personal efficacy affect life choices, level of motivation, quality of functioning, resilience to adversity and vulnerability to stress and depression.” See the results of how folks responded to our LinkedIn poll question: Do you believe that we can design learning to promote self-efficacy or a learner’s belief in themselves?
