Figma and Adobe XD
Great software for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You can use it for basic layouts and navigation, but it can also be used to draft a fleshed out interface (without actually building it using a complex software). It can be a good resource during the storyboarding phase to quickly see the flow of your instruction.
